Dear , how old are you?
what were the pro lens when you were diagnosed with malaria each of the times? what medications have you taken in the past?
what strain of malaria is it?
is it vivax or falciparum or is it different every time? vivax type malaria can recur because it can be in a dormant stage in your liver.

So its important to diagnose with which malarial species you are infected. If its vivax, then it needs 2 weeks course of primaquine after initial treatment of malaria to prevent recurrences.

Treatment for Maleria
Take 1 tab dolo if required, 1 tab pan 40 morning and evening. Take 2 tab lariago ds stat, 1tab lariago ds after 6 hrs, then 1 tab od for 2 days with milk when you are having temprature. It will help.
Treatment of dengue
Take 1 tab dolo when required,drink lemon water, 3-4 liter of water daily keep watch on platelet count and any source of any bleeding from any part of the body,it will help. Thank you.

Yes. This may happen in some cases. Typically after 6 cycles of double agent chemotherapy we keep patient on maintainance therapy with pemetrexed till disease progression. Else pt will need to be put on 2 nd line chemotherapy or immunotherapy. Other options include oral targeted therapy if she is positive for either of mutations like egfr, alk, ros 1, met, braf which can be checked on biopsy tissue.
