Hi, I think you can be in contact with your husband every 2 to 3 days. This will lessen the stress of doing intercourse on a particular day and increase the chance of pregnancy. For ovulation, you can monitor your follicles growth by repeated ultrasound and when your follicles is more than 17 to 18 mm, take injection for rupturing the follicles. Take progesterone for next 2 weeks. Do a urine pregnancy test at home after that. You can try like that for 3 to 6 months. Hope I have answered your que...more

You need to do urine pregnancy test and also remember that PCOD is a disease where there is hormonal imbalance. Depending on your complaints, examination, reports and stage of life treatment differs and it also needs more time so get yourself treated with patience. Meet Gynecologist in whom you have trust as you will need to go for long time to him/her.

Hello-
a woman becomes pregnant when an egg released from her ovary (the organ that holds her eggs) is fertilized by a man's sperm. The fertilized egg attaches to the inside of a woman's womb (uterus), where it receives nourishment and develops into a baby. Hormones in the woman's body control the release of the egg from the ovary -- called ovulation -- and prepare the body to accept the fertilized egg.

Pregnancy can occur only one day of cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials before couple need any active management by Gynecologist or infertility specialist. The tab you have mentioned is for bringing about this ovulation. Ideal way is for couple to meet Gynecologist or infertility specialist and after many reports consultant decides management.
