Hi Lybrate user.
190/120 mg blood pressure is too much high. First of all some investigation like renal function test, r/e of urine, lipid profile, fundoscopy should be done. Both medicines can be taken but I think more potent medicine are required.
Thank you.

Fluid overload is a common problem in patients with kidney diseases especially those on dialysis. The best solution to this is
-restriction of liquid intake- you should restrict liquid including water, milk, tea, etc roughly equal to the amount of urine passed
- reduce salt intake
- regular dialysis
- you can take tab dytor if your doctor thinks it would help you.

Dear lybrate-user
life expectancy will depend on her symptoms and adherence to medication. Also, her general health and any other health related disorders she is suffering from will affect the prognosis. Stay calm and follow the doctors advise .speak to your cardiologist about any concerns, as he will have examined your mother and is the best person to answer your question.

One mistaken dose generally does not cause much problem. But need to be careful. Check her bp and vitals
if everything ok then nothing to worry but use medicine as prescribed.
