Yes you can take. But as you mentioned you have depression and soft mania. If you are diagnosed as bipolar disorder then generally ssris are not prescribed. Instead of duloxetine or escitalopram you can request your psychiatrist to consider quitipin instead.

Whenever you have an attack, take a sublingual Clonazepam 0.5 mg. U'd be fine. The medicines are fine. I'd also advice you to start doing regular exercises. It'll will cut down your anxiety significantly.
