Both are uterine relaxants and can help to delay preterm labour though the chances of going into preterm labour are still very high with a cervical length of 1.8 cm

Both have almost same combination and composition, but the quantity differs in syrup and drops.
Ie) if a vitamin is 2 mg in syrup, it will be 0.5 mg in drops.

Unicornuate dosent per se cause any pain. Bed rest means do your daily routine and rest. Do not work.

Take rest repeat the scan after 7 days. I usually don't use duvadilan at this stage but there is no harm of the same.

wait for some more time like a week or two and decide whether you can go for a normal breech ddelivery or lscs depending on many factors which your doct.or can decide

Take more of jaggery n Channa, pomegranate, green vegetables, sprouts, increase your iron to twice aday.

Imust in your case with placenta previa as the bleeding or uterine pains will be adverse for both you and the baby it should be cotinued till 34wks atleast or as the gyn evaluates pl avoid sex.

pain in the mons can be normal in pregnancy as the ligaments of body relax especially around mons causing pain. Many times duvadilon gets prescribed for something that's completely normal.
It can also be a sign of miscarriage, labour as well as infection of urine. It all depends on how your pregnancy has been so far, how were the past pregnancies. Has there been any leaking or bleeding so far. How is your urine report.
