Both are uterine relaxants and can help to delay preterm labour though the chances of going into preterm labour are still very high with a cervical length of 1.8 cm

Both have almost same combination and composition, but the quantity differs in syrup and drops.
Ie) if a vitamin is 2 mg in syrup, it will be 0.5 mg in drops.
Drops is recommended for birds and pups.

pain in the mons can be normal in pregnancy as the ligaments of body relax especially around mons causing pain. Many times duvadilon gets prescribed for something that's completely normal.
