Tab folimax plus 1 daily at night-5 days.

Keep yourself hydrated, avoid any heavy/ fatty/ spicy meal in evening, and check with your food. Check if it's the wheat or milk that is giving you this trouble, and please avoid excessive stress be it physical or mental stress.

Take tab cefadrox 500 mg + tab lyser - d twice daily for 10 days tab phenargan 10 mg twice daily for 10 days.
Tab vermact 12 at bedtime alternate night for 3 nights.

Give her Omnacrtil syrup 1/2 Tsf and Syrup Combiflam 1 Tsf twice daily after for 7 Days.
Also give Cefadrox syrup 1 Tsf twice daily for7 days.

I think the paediatrician is right. If you still doubt get a 2nd opinion of another paediatrician and then decide what to do.

Allergic rhinitis and asthma may not be fully cured but can be controlled easily by inhaled medicines . Most of the persons lead a good normal life . I don't know why you are not satisfied despite of treatment plz let me know the medication you are currently on.
You may undergo allergy testing at a good centre and if you are found allergic to one or two substances then may be helped by immunotherapy.

I can suggest you tablet for pain( combiflam) but cavity has to be treated by dental surgeon .It is advised that you consult the dental surgeon at the earliest convenience.
