what are your current dosages of psychotropics and the clear indication of each? What are your current active symptoms, though it is understandable that you have bipolar disorder but what type, I don’t know yet.
As being a pharmacist yourself, I am expecting you to have this information about yourself.

You are into an anger-related depression and need the assistance of a counselor too. This I am sure you have not tried and that is why there is so much trouble coming out of the depression. It will take some time to get relief from symptoms which you are currently going through.
