Please go to a psychiatrist or an internal medicine specialist to get admitted and get over the withdrawal symptoms. If you continue to have question you are most welcome to contact us.

He should not be given any solid foods for the first few days of the treatment. He may be given plenty of fresh fruits and vegetable juices. Hello. There are various withdrawal symptoms faced by people when they try to quit opioids like tramadol. Tell your brother that there are very good medicines available with which his opioid addiction can be managed without any withdrawal symptoms. It would be much easier to quit and he will not get sick. Consult a psychiatrist.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
Some patients may develop swelling in lower limbs due to retention of water and sodium following intake of certain NSAIDs like diclofenac. It could be due to not tolerating that drug. So it is better she avoids it. First thing is stop the drug and if needed some antihistaminic may be used. Swelling will go away after stopping the drug. Henceforth, she should avoid using that compound again. Thanks.
