Hi he need to take homoeopathic treatment.
• a warm glass of water early in the morning. fiber rich diet.
• Have steamed vegetables daily as it is, or blended into a soup form
• Have a banana at breakfast daily.
• Cut down on coffee, milk products.

Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and apply lidocaine ointment and if necessary get it operated and as of now continue your ongoing medication with pantop and a laxative

1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day
3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day.
5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages.
