I have seen the details given. Some of the information is not correct like -yah 1.92. There is nothing like this. I think you are probably talking about tsh. Secondly with a bmi of 28.75 kgs/sq meter you are actually over weight. Your ideal body weight (idw) should be 56 kgs. (bmi 23.33 kgs/sq meter).

Your father seems to be in quite advanced stage of the disease. In this stage neuro-rehabilitation is very much warranted. If he has any mood issues, those need to be addressed. Kindly consult a good neuro-rehabilitation physician. At i-nk we have a good neuro-rehabilitation department.

The anal fissure will take time to heal even after a sphincetrotomy. You should continue medications as advised and the fissure will take at least 2-3 weeks (reasonable expectation. Sometimes skin tags do form outside the anal opening which is acceptable. However if you have doubts you should visit the operating surgeon once again.

If patient is having breathlessness, he might need this pleural tapping. But main issue is why it is getting collected. Tb medicines should be started once liver issue get resolved and modified regimen of tb should be started. Meet a pulmonologist for further management.

You have irregular periods.I advise you to do meditation for mental strength by doing slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning for 30 times.Take proper balanced vegetarian diet.Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet.Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily.Avoid garlic and red chilly at home and avoid non veg and eggs.Keep your weight normal as compared to your height.
