Happy to know that the enema helped as advised. Unless contraindicated, a high fibre diet, plenty of liquids, abdominal massage and physical activity can prevent further constipation. She is on omnacortil which may bw causing tge constipation.
Please consult, as I can advise an appropriate laxative for a few days, based on an evaluatuon. I can also advise the right diet and exercise (needs to be customized as patient seems to be having heart/ respiratory issues).

Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and apply lidocaine ointment and if necessary get it operated and as of now continue your ongoing medication with pantop and a laxative

No. Don't use as it's not the solution. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. It could be some dietary factor which is causing constipation. I hope anal fissure has been ruled out because it leads to an automatic restraint in the patient towards passing stool. If she could get in touch with me I will like to take all details and then advise appropriately.
