Both are long acting ics-laba combination drugs. The only difference being that salmeterol (seroflo) acts a little slower than formoterol (maxiflo).
Side effects range from hypersensitivity, altered taste, oral candidiasis, tachycardia to pneumonias.

Its better to use 200 2 puffs, as the dose of formoterol does not change in the 400 containing inhaler.

Hi,
Ayurvedic treatment is very helpful in your case, in case of asthma needs panchkarma procedure and some medication

you should try
Kankasav-15ml
Vasarista-15ml
Swaskuthar ras-2 tab

Hi. I understand your concerns. Asthma is chronic and a common problem causing symptoms. You will need to undergo pulmonary function test which is needed for diagnosis and also to assess severity of asthma based on which treatemnt can be started. Inhalers are the right treatment option without any side effects or addiction. Consult a pulmonologist for the same. As if left untreated it can be life threatening. Hope your questions were answered. Thanks.

Hi,
bronchitis/ asthma can be treated well with homoeopathic medicines completely, only need to be regular with the medication and avoid those foods/ things to which you are allergic to for sometime.
Keep taking your already on going medication, reduce it gradually and slowly once homoeopathic starts acting.
Take bakson's astha-aid drops/ 10-15 drops in 1/2 cup water/ thrice d day for 1 month.
Report me back after a month.
