If started on 21st June then 21 tabs must have got over on 11/7 so after gap of few days maximum 8 days means by 19/7 you should get period

If you have been taking the pills regularly then usually there is nothing to worry. But I would still advice you do a urine pregnancy test. If negative then continue with the packet this month as usual and then give a 7 day break, If still your periods don't come then you would need to consult a Gynaecologist for a prescription.

You should not take two types of hormonal tablet at one time this is not advisable. You. Should your doctor as I don't know your gynaecologist problems, as you have not mentioned.

If sperms have not entered vagina no chance of pregnancy.
If doubtful and if 72 hours are not over may take emergency pill.

1) are you sure you had taken properly?
2) had you missed by any chance?
3) why was it given?
4) are you sexually active?
Depending on answers of above decision can be taken so best is ask your gynecologist.
