If you're child has asthma don't deprive him of any respules or mdi pump
infact he/ she should be given duolin respules twice or thrice a day with budecort respules twice a day
once chest is better can shift to mdi / pump formoflo / budamate child one with lesser dose with spacer can be started.

Budesal 0.5mg Respules 2ml is used in the treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
You need to ask your attending physician as u have kidney disease, so need to be careful about medicines. Never self medicate. Your never know which medicine can further damage your kidneys

Pl don't nebulize your little children straight way without trying alternatives as ultimately medication weakens immune response of baby. Following home remedy is very successful in cough and colds for children and they enjoy taking it. 1 teaspoon rooh of za sharbat ,1 teaspoon brahmi sharbat and few drops 10 drops of lemon in 30 ml water. Pneumonia and breathlessness is a major problem in infants.
And you are giving only budesal nebulisation which is not at all correct. Please immediately take the child to a pediatrician.
