Hello I am taking Urimax -D every night for Benign Prostate hyperplasia with BOO. Prostate measures 6.0 x 3.6 x 4.5 cm in size, Volume 52.4 cc. But I have to get up every night several times for urine. So my question is. Do I can take Urimax -D (tamsulosin dutasteride) during daytime so that I can have a sound sleep in night. I am 70 years old.

You have moderately enlarged prostate with residual urine volume about 54. Cc. Since when you are taking urimax-D it is a good drug. One thing you can try to reduce water intake after 6 pm your night frequency may reduce. please try this and contact me after 15 days, and also please don't go out in cold days avoid excess of alcohol if you are taking. Take bath with warm water and sit in warm water.

I am uti since I was a kid of 6/7 years. So I always maintained my consumption of water and used to go to washroom regularly. So I was ok. From last january 2022 it started severely. I went so many medications. As per my doctor the urine holding capacity of my bladder had been decreased. Now I am taking 01 capsule of urimax (tamsulosin hydrochloride 0.4 mg) every night and doctor has fixed my water consumption (1.5-2 ltr daily). Now my urine color became yellowish and after every urination. Is it normal?

My dad is diabetes patient. He use to go many times for urine in night time.(frequent urination more than 4 times). Not able to sleep due to this problem. We consulted the doctor. He suggested silodal D8 combipack for 45 days course. He had 5 tablets till now. Still no effect. Please suggest me any other tablets. He is 70 year old. Sugar level is normal. He is having tablets trilosar 12.5, ecosprin gold 10, for heart related (he had angioplasty operation 4 year back) lodus 5, glylup M, for sugar control. Pls suggest tablets that control frequent urination in night.

Get his Urine routine/microscopic and culture sensitivity, blood sugar gasting/pp and consult a physician who may refer him to a urologist if every thing comes normal, to frole out prostate enlargement.

My age 59 and 5 months, have BPH, GR2, PROSTRATE WT, 44 GM, PSA level 4.91 ng/ml. Urine has 2-3 pus cells, and 1-2 epithelial cells. Doctor prescribed silofast D8 combipack, one dose in a day in breakfast for one month, with utican hd 2 times in a day, rise 4g, and bacstol, both one and one dose, and Amoxicillin 500 mg, 2 times in each 24 hours, for 15 days. Doctor .please Tell me it is ok to take to get relief, Without any side effects. You may add some more supplement/ medicines s with it also, if you desire so. `Please Advise me the best. I would be obliged.

Hi doctor, I had taken pill mesopril kit (combipack of mifepristone and misoprostol tablet, this medicine was suggested to me by doctor only that's why I took it) on 19th of august for abortion. At that time I was 3 weeks pregnant. On 20th of august bleeding and pain started, and I had heavy bleeding for one week, then it slowed down after 2 weeks, but now it has again started to bleed and still tissues are coming. My doctor has suggested to do ultrasound and if there are still remains then I will again have to eat mesopril kit 5 tablets. So I want to know if it is safe to eat it twice within one month? Also doctor says that cleaning will be done if then also it does not come out. What is the procedure of this cleaning? Please guide. Thank you, Lybrate user.

Hello dear, this kit show different results always.
I would advice you to go for ultrasound to know about left tissue and go for cleaning process.
Because if tissue is left for long time it may result in infection.

Urine culture n routine were negative. 0.43 cm stone is found in right kidney. Totally tired with this thing. Have been facing this problem from last 2 months approx. Need some help.

Stop taking fluids after 7 pm if you you are getting frequently in the night. You can try cap duoflo once daily for 15 days and see how is the response.

Hello, I am a 21-year-old girl. I have to know that I had a period on 7 February 2018 after that I didn't get, then my friend bought me the kit to check pregnancy, When checked, there was a dark pink and a very light pink line, we were nervous but after 3 days I checked again and the result was same. My friend is scared and told to shopowner of the medical store then the shopkeeper gives the combipack of mifepristone and misoprostol to him and afterword I take 1 mifepristone swallow with water at 9 p.m. And I feel spotted bleeding, again as per the instruction of shopkeeper I took 2 misoprostol on next day after 24 hours of taking 1st tablet by putting under tongue for half an hour and I feel lower stomach pain and nausea and vomiting with light bleeding again my bf go to the shopkeeper and tell and he suggest to take another 2 tablets of misoprostol by swelling with water I took that and after that I feel light bleeding less than normal periods. So I want to know that I am pregnant or not or what can I do for getting periods. As I am kidney stone and PCOD patient also.

Nexpro HP Combipack may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Avoid Nexpro HP Combipack with tyramine-rich food such as cheese, smoked fish, meats and some types of beer.
