Asked for female, 19 years old from Mumbai

I had diagnosed with urine infection with albumin found in urine. Doctor gave me 3 course of different antibiotics but it does not work. Again took urine culture in which result came no growth after 48 hours. I am having frequent urination. My back side more kidney side hurts is it something wrong happening. I produce more saliva.

What is your USG abdomen report. If it is normal and there is no stone then start tab solifenacin 5 mg twice daily for 15 days and see how is the response.

I am suffering from frequent urination. And sometimes burning micturition too. Nd I have done Kft ,lft, urine culture ,blood culture, CBC but all reports are normal and in urine culture too no bacteria suspected and I have done usg whole abdomen in that I found few concretions of 2 - 3 mm in left kidney calyx but my doctor said this is not the reason for frequent micturition .I have been admitted to hospital also and doctors gave me antibiotics but now I am discharged and facing the same problem. I can't understand why its happening to me. Can anyone help me to figure out the cause for the same. Please reply as soon as possible.

It could be. But also get USG abdomen and pvrv and urine routine and culture and sensitivity done. Start tab solifenacin 5 mg twice daily for 15 days and see how is the response.

My age is 29 M and have frequent urination problem from last 4 years. All test Ok. Doctor told I have overactive bladder. I have very strong urge to urinate but when go for urine only two to three drops come. My diabetes is ok. Pelvic abdomen is ok. No infection. No prostrate problem. Means all test ok. Sometimes I need to go 20 times a day.

There are medicines eg tamsulosin, alfuzocin etc to prevent the further enlargement and studies indicates about 20 to 25% reduction in size of prostate.

Ok. You can add tab tamsulosin 0.4 mg at bedtime if you have associated difficulty in passing urine.

Please do visit a surgeon. It can be due to BPH which is extremely common in this age group. Alpha blockers are generally used. Eg tamsulosin Regards.

It is good if you have used combination of deflazacort and tamsulosin. This is best for expulsion of stone but if still it has not come out and is giving you problem then better'to get it removed endoscopically by a urologist.
