It could be. But also get USG abdomen and pvrv and urine routine and culture and sensitivity done. Start tab solifenacin 5 mg twice daily for 15 days and see how is the response.

Please do visit a surgeon. It can be due to BPH which is extremely common in this age group. Alpha blockers are generally used. Eg tamsulosin Regards.

It is good if you have used combination of deflazacort and tamsulosin. This is best for expulsion of stone but if still it has not come out and is giving you problem then better'to get it removed endoscopically by a urologist.
