Most likely it is due to duvanta (duloxetine) you are taking which is not 1st line of choice for GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder). Did you discuss these erectil problems with your psychiatrist, I am surprised this medicne was chosen, if you have not, discuss now. There are many medicines which control the anxiety symtpoms very well without your erection being compromised. All the best.

Dear mam
it good that your are feeling well.
Duvanta is a safe antidepressant and can be used long term. Please do not stop the medication on your own when if you are feeling better. Hi lybrate-user, I understand that you are going through a depressive mood state. Duloxetine (duvanta) do works to alleviate depression but the dose at which you are taking it is not gonna help. In my opinion you need to increase the dose to 40 mg instantaneously and further increase to 60 mg per day in divided doses after next 3 days. Lets see how it goes and please let me know about progress after 2 weeks.
