Hello! If the bleeding is very severe take Inj Tranexa 1 g right away. If not Tab Trapic with ethamsylate 2 tablets three times a day is the maximum dose. You can take upto 5 days and slowly taper and decrease the dose as per your bleeding. Do check your hemoglobin levels if this is happening constantly and make sure you do not have any contraindications to taking trapic that is conditions which increase risk of clotting. She should be admitted in good hospital as such a high fever in small baby where cause of fever is not known can create problems. So get her hospitalised for further investigation and treatment. Don't worry child will recover.

Exercise-- Get Moving to Relieve Symptoms. Walking, running, Yoga etc.
Avoid foods that contain caffeine.

Upto 70 percent chance it will pass. No need to take oflox if you are not having fever. Drink 3-4 lit water daily. You can wait till 3 weeks if not having severe pain or fever, if it does not pass then you may require ct scan and further appropriate management.
