I had my periods on 28 th SEP. I am using fertility medicines estrogen0. 625 mg for 28 days and progesterone for 10 days. On 21 at Oct I got periods even though I am on progesterone tab. 21 at Oct is my 24th day. Is it possible to have period on 24 th day when I am on progesterone. Please suggest me what is the condition of mine. Is any thing serious health condition.

My progesterone dropped from 8 (4w3d) to 5 (4w5d) but my hcg is increasing. Im 5w3d now. I can see both gestational and yolk sac in scan. My doc didn't care much about progesterone. Should I be worried about progesterone? Im taking duphaston twice daily. Also I had miscarriage twice early.

Any folic acid preparation is OK. If susten 300 is prescribed due to symptoms of threatened miscarriage, the dose should not be altered. If not, the dose doesn't matter.

I am sorry to hear about your concern, but I will be happy to assist you. Pregnancy is a state of low immunity. Fever can happen and is a sign of infection. Paracetamol alone may not be effective.
