I get lumps in my breast every time before period and these are very sore, I got to know that this because of increase of progesterone hormone level, my question is this lumps come even if I get conceive ,one of my friends said that your breast will be soft if you get conceive and you will not get lumps as before, I would like to know the breast symptoms to notice pregnancy before missing period.

Yes they are mostly because of increased progesterone. If you conceive you likely to have similar lumps and tenderness. However after pregnancy they may be less as period pattern would change after pregnancy.

I was taking letrazol for 5 days twice a day from cycle day 3-7, sildenafil soft gelatin capsules and estradiol valerate soft gelatin capsules together for 5 days from cycle 8-12 twice a day and got hcg trigger shot on day 11, intercourse for 5 days and progesterone sustained release tablets for another 15 days twice a day. What are pregnant chances? I am having pcod and weight 75 kg with 5.3 height.

never be stressed on the probability and chances it's as low as 40% but it reduces with stress factor so better expect nothing and you will have a surprise if everything is normal

I am 29 years old married female. We have been for pregnancy. Hence our doctor has prescribed folvite and dubagest sr300. We haven't tried for pregnancy yet this month. I am waiting for positive ovulation test to try for pregnancy. Kindly suggest can I take dubagest even if we haven't tried for pregnancy. I think I skipped the dubagest for 1 day.

Dubagest should only be taken if you had certain medicines for ovulation induction or had previous miscarriage. Otherwise it's not at all helpful.

Its safe, if you conceive it will give hormonal support to the ongoing pregnancy. If you don't conceive you'll have your periods.

Trying to get pregnant, I have missed to take dubagest 200 one day and I have blood clots occasionally while urinating. Doctor said it's a mistake and stop medication and wait for the period. Is it really issue missing dubagest a day? Does it mean it is miscarriage?

No, not miscarriage unless you have confirmed pregnancy.
Not taking dubagest in someone taking regularly may cause withdrawal bleeding

Yes they are often used to delay menses and if not taken on time then can cause spotting as well.
