Ideally it is done between 11 to 12 weeks, but you could go ahead and do it at a good/reputed laboratory now. Also, please do a quadruple test between 18 to 20 weeks.

For swelling meet doctor. Tetanus inj is to prevent tetanus and better effect if course of injections taken first now, 2nd after 1 month 3 rd after 6 months then every 5 years one. With such course better effect and no need to take in between even if there is injury, opeaation etc.

Any adult who has not had a tetanus immunization within 10 years should get a single dose of tdap. After tdap, the td vaccine is recommended every 10 years. There is evidence that the tetanus immunization remains highly effective for much longer than 10 years.
