Hello dear. Blink a lot and do cold compress. These are two best methods to hydrate eyes
refresh tears is a very good medicine to use. Use it atleast 4-6 times/day.

It is due to dryness very common complaint who are addicted to smartphone or laptop or watching TV for long time without break.

Dryness is not a disease which you can cure by putting lubricating eye drops for few days, while working on smartphone , computer & watching TV for long time without giving importance to the health of eyes. there are many causes for redness of eyes mainly allergy, infection, inflammation and dry eyes etc.
1. Redness + itching: allergy
2. Redness + pain + watering + decreased vision: infection
3. Redness + pain: inflammation
4. Redness foreign body sensation: dryness

Hello lybrate-user. You could use genteal eye gel for your eyes. Use it 4-5 times in a day. After putting it, keep your eyes closed for a minimum 10 minutes. This will give the much needed soothing effect to your eyes. Hope my suggestions helped you.
