Hi lybrate-user, you need to specify if the pain is in upper or lower abdomen. A lower abdominal pain with abnormal discharge may be an indication for infection. Get an gynae /surgeon opinion for this. Also you will need to provide your age and if you are sexually active. 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). If you have not passed that 5.9 mm stone, then endoscopic removal is recommended for the same, as the stone will not come out itself by waiting any further.

It doesn't seem like to be due to kidney stone
I think you should consult a urologist and if he advises CT urography get it done
otherwise he will prescribe some Medicines and you will be relieved.

Hello
thanks for the query, pain in abdomen is a very common complaint in this age. I would like to know if there is any disturbance in daily activity or bowel pattern associated with the pain.
If not, then I would suggest you to give some antispasmodic like dicyclomine (coaid syrup) or drotaverine (drotin syrup) for symptomatic relief of pain.
The pain is mostly due to transient colic which get relieved by the medication.
