Im 7 weeks 6 days pregnant. I did not im pregnant until 7th week. I had taken this tablets last period december 11th 2023 tablets taken- cetrizine allergy tablet 10 mg (on december 28th 29th and 8th january 1 tablet) exputex syrup carbocisteine syrup 250/5 ml (on 12th of january onwards for six days thrice a day 5 ml) imodium tablet for diarrhea (on 2nd january 1 tablet) lemsip (1000 mg paracetamol on 8th january) nurofen 200 mg (table twice a day from 5 to 10th of january) drotin tablet (twice in january) vicks sinus nasal spray (many times in january throughout the month) will this tablets cause defect or problems in my baby? Recent 7 weeks 6 days scan shown heartbeat normal.

I was having ibs for whole of april. Doctor prescribed ornida 500, drotin ds, and unienzyme tablet. (all twice a day) for 4 days. During this course and since the day my ibs started, I ate too less food due to the fear of pain in stomach which bothered alot. Mostly had curd, rice, upma & liquid diet. Facing flutters in chest, like heart pausing for a second. These flutters occur many a times a day. Gets relieved when I take b12 medicine. It's been a week I am facing these flutters along with fast heart rate. No avail yet. Pls advise.

My mother has srus (solitary rectal ulcer syndrome). Colonoscopy report shows srus. She has blood in stool & stomach pain currently. Earlier in 2015 she has surgery for uterus ,this pain & bleeding starts after that surgery. She has been taking medication for last 6,7 months but no relief .consulted many doctors but no relief. Doctor I am fèeling swear pain in the tip of urine point. For the last 5 year same problem come again and again after 2-3 month. Kidney stone also give many time problem. Some doctor say its urinary tract infection. Some doctor give me pyridium-200. Pain killer Drotin Ds. voveran 100. Superspas not give me relief. Homeopathy med. Also taken .but not permanent solution. Suggest me what to do. I.m.not sugar patient. Arbitel 20. For bp taken for 2 year.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user, the symptoms may reflect, UTI or Bladder Outlet Obstruction. I would strongly recommend alpha blockers to see the effect. A personal visit for examination is also required. Prostate enlargement can cause recurrent infections and this kind of pain.

I am having menstrual pain and cannot able to lead normal life during those days. Post my marriage in 2014 I was diagnosed with endometrioma (right ovary) and was operated in Jan 2015. After that doctor asked me to try for pregnancy. He also gave me some hormonal injections for ovulation however after that in 2015 dec, the cyst was diagnosed again. Then he put me into Gynozol for 2 months. After 2 months I started taking Ayurvedic medicines and conceived after 3 months however after 8 weeks miscarriage happened in 2016 Aug and had to o a D&C. Now again we are planning for pregnancy however recently from past 2-3 months I amhavibg menstrual pain. I did my sonography in feb 2018 where there was a cyst in left ovary however I am getting the pain in right side during periods. My current month periods bleeding happened for 1 day only however I am getting cramps in 4th day also without any bleeding. For pain management I am taking drotin m as recommended by my gynecologist.

I had ipill on 3rd oct. I had a 1 day period on 29 oct, then 5 days period for 17 to 21 nov then 5 day period from 12 to 16 dec. The periods were a mixture of heavy n light with blood clots for the first 2 days. I went to the doctor on 29 nov. I took pregnancy blood test which was negative. She gave me medicines for 5 days- drotin, cefolac and dompan. I took multiple urine pregnancy tests in nov and dec, all were neg. But still I have lower abdomen pain, stomachache, little back pain, feel gaseous and have little sticky white discharge when I urinate. I also got a few more tests like urine test and they say that there is no yeast or bacterial infection. I also had an abdomen ultrasound on 29 nov which came out all clear and normal. I have been having smell and taste disorder of some kind too for 4 months now. I have averted to many foods. I think it is as I had cavity in may and theses an after affect of it. I was given pan d and bifilac for the last week but it hasnât worked for me.

Meri bachhi 5 years ki hai .use Abdominal pain tha to me docter ke paas le gaya. usko toilet 4 day se nahi hua thha. dr ne medicine diya srp livoluck and o2 and mebex and drotin ds. fir bhi usko toilet nahi hua. fir me usko firse Dr. ke pass leke gaya to Dr. ne supplementary diyi. To use toilet hua. lekin bahut hi tight hua toilet ko and bahut hi painful. next day fir wohi problem. fir me Dr. ke pass gaya. fir supplementary se toilet hua. tight or painfully. abhi usko srp livoluck and syp relux chalu hai fir bhi toilet nahi hoti. Please suggestions dijiye.

Hello sir after 2 weeks of my exposure with unknown HIV status sex worker I use this medicine due to weakness and upset stomach which are given my doctor ,lycopene, colored-gold, cal-sbs opflux, domperidone drotin ds, darolac ,I use this for like 10 days some are finished some I stop taking them because it seems like not working since after that I have been having ARS symptoms, the flu like, fatigue,rash, muscle pain, fever ,upset stomach, chest pain, white tongue, almost all what is know as acute HIV symptoms, at 3 month mark after my exposure I did hiv, hep b, hep c, all negative ,but my vitamin d is low, and 50 lymphocytes,(high, after that 4 month I did 3regeneration test HIV ,(negative), and at 134 days I do 4th generation HIV test (dou combo) also negative, the was unprotected oral sex and protected vaginal sex, so is my test conclusive or this medicine may have effect my test result?

Deep, open-mouth kissing if both partners have sores or bleeding gums and blood from the HIV-positive partner gets into the bloodstream of the HIV-negative partner. HIV can not spread through saliva.

I am 14 years old and I have a uti i’m scared to tell anyone about but it’s been 6 days and that i’ve had it and i’m starting to feel pain in my left kidney. Im also having a really hard time falling asleep as you can see i’m typing this at 1 in the morning. Any advice on what. I should do?

Get your urine tested for routine examination and also get an ultrasound for kub done. Meanwhile take some antispasmodic like drotaverine tablet under supervision of any registered doctor there.
