If she is having pain while passing urine than we have to treat her for urinary tract infection only and not for constipation and Apart from taking symptomatic treatment we should give antibiotics and Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet

See appendix need to be removed once inflammation settle down, else it will reoccur again and will be much more severe.

Hello lybrate-user its unfortunate that you are suffering from appendicitis well appendicitis is always a clinical diagnosis and till date no investigation either usg. Ct etc is diagnostic.
Its better to understand that surgery is safe .not expensive and gives good relief.
You are young and you shpuld not wait for complications to happen.

By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time the pain remains?
Is there stiffness also?
How is your appetite?
