firstly one has to tackle right upper you stone which is small enough to pass down along with urine. One has to give little help so that it comes out with least pain and much more quickly. For that 1 take tab. Drotaverine hydrochoride 80 mg in mornibg
with it tab. Lasilectone 50 mg in morning.

Hi. The pain is because of the fibroid. Continue using those two medicine which is sage in pregnancy. Kindly add on mivronised progestrone also. This is a critical situvation that we need to handle. All we need is to push our pregnancy to a viable state.

thanks for the query, pain in abdomen is a very common complaint in this age. I would like to know if there is any disturbance in daily activity or bowel pattern associated with the pain.
If not, then I would suggest you to give some antispasmodic like dicyclomine (coaid syrup) or drotaverine (drotin syrup) for symptomatic relief of pain.
The pain is mostly due to transient colic which get relieved by the medication.
