Can long-term stress and emotional abuse cause elevated prolactin and/or gastritis and exacerbate the side effects of provera and bromocriptine? I was diagnosed with gastritis and gallstones in 2015. Had stomach issues in 2018, 2021, and 2022. I have been under significant stress since 2019. Recently I had vomiting, constipation, bloating, belching, and gassiness. Over the years i've been treated with omez, baralgan, relcer gel, gravol. In 2015 I did an endoscopy and there were no ulcers or other issues. I am currently taking provera and bromocriptine. I am aware that bromocriptine can cause gastric issues, but i'd also like to know if stress is also playing a role. Female, 30s, 219lbs, 5'5"

I am suffering pain in my abdominal for the few past days. I have even consulted in a defence polyclinic and medication I have been taking for the last 3 days. But, I don't think medicine are helping. As I don't have any associated vomiting and loose motion. But, now I am feeling my stomach heavy and it' like full every time. And the pain is mainly on left side and it's like someone pinching. The medication I have been taken for three days: 1) Drotaverine- 40mg 2.) tinidazole - 500mg 3.) Ranitidine - 150 mg 4.) albendazole - 400 mg (once in 7 days)

For stomach pain take tablet Meftalspas-Ds with rantac and also take tablet zenflox 200 mg 1-1 for five days and get an usg abdomen done to rule out any pathology

Hello dr, hope you are fine, sir this is arslan, I want to ask you about your opinion, my question is that, my wife is 29 years old and she is pregnant with g/age 8 week, the problem is that she has pain in right side of abdominal at lower side, we had contacted physicians, according to one of sexologist, his statement is" bowel loops are mild diluted and full of gases, no focal mass seen, no fluid seen. Sir as on his ultrasound report, another doctor has given us, drug co- amoxyclav with drotaverine 40 mg along with omeprazole. She had also injection of diclofenac sodium, with she is feeling better so my questions are below: 1. Are these safe at pregnancy? 2. Is it serious case? 3. Should we continue with same medicine? 4.are these medicine harmful to baby? 5. Please read give your valuable advise. Thanks arslan.

2. Is it serious case?- no from what you have mentioned.

Hello doctor, recently I have undergone ovarian cystectomy (chocolate cysts in both ovaries) laparoscopy, after discharge im feeling severe pain in lower abdomen with an interval of 2-3 days, I have consulted my surgeon and she suggested to take abdomen scan I have taken abdomen scan, reports are good ovaries size are normal but i'm feeling very sharp pain in lower abdomen. Doctors are saying that the pain is due to pegulu (intestine) is sensitive due to surgery and suggesting meftal spas to get relief from the pain but it is not working ,pain is lasting for 10 hours, yesterday pain started at 4 am and I took mefenamic acid and drotaverine combination at 6: 30 am but pain reduced after 1 pm no one is giving me correct suggestion please help me.

Hello. Please get checked for a urine infection. Itâs fairly common after surgeries. A urine routine test will diagnose this. Make sure that you are not constipated by consuming plenty of liquids and fibre.

Hai try to avoid spicy foods, take pan 40 tab daily one before break fast for 4 days, take liquid diet, eat in time and sleep in time4, reduce tea and coffee, take baralgan tab if stomach pain, drink more water.

I am 14 years old and I have a uti i’m scared to tell anyone about but it’s been 6 days and that i’ve had it and i’m starting to feel pain in my left kidney. Im also having a really hard time falling asleep as you can see i’m typing this at 1 in the morning. Any advice on what. I should do?

Get your urine tested for routine examination and also get an ultrasound for kub done. Meanwhile take some antispasmodic like drotaverine tablet under supervision of any registered doctor there.
