Dronis 20 contains low dose estrogen (20 micrograms) and slight spotting is common in the first few cycles while using pills containing low dose estrogen.
However, back pain and abdominal pain doesn't have a relation with the use of dronis and other causes of pain must be ruled out.

for frozen embryo transfer all these rests are not relevant. Any follicle is growing in either of your ovaries? Ultrasound findings will give better understanding. You need to wait for endometrial thickness to increase. If follicle is growing. We to first I induce ovulation and then plan for transfer.
