Hi, Mr. lybrate-user. It may tonsillitis due to seasonal changes. First start gargling with chlorhexidine mouthwash ,then if its not get cleared then proceed to betadiene mouthwash. Along with the mouthwash have some pain killers if pain is present.

Whenever there is mucous discharge from the nostrils I will suggest you to take one tablet of cetrizine at night and for pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg.
