Please consult your dentist first, if dentist find your gums healthy you should visit ent specialist. Bleeding while brushing occurs due to gingivitis (inflammation of gum) throat infection may cause bleeding but it occurs on cough mostly.

take 1 tab Levofloxine 500 od and 1 tab Sinarest at night for 5 days. Additionally steam inhalation, saline (salt water) gargles , do tooth brush before going to bed, itwill help. Thank you.

Yes, it will help as betadine is an antiseptic agent. You don't need to gargle it, you just have to rinse it.
Will take around approximately a week or more to heal depending on the severity of your wound.
If it does not improve in a longer run, please consult a dentist.
Avoid using a cloth to rub your teeth and gums.
Instead use a soft bristled toothbrush to clean and be gentle while using over the gums.

You should go for crowing by your dentist, simply remove teeth at this age is not proper. Good dental hygeine, and calcium vitamin d tablets may help
also take vitamine tab once daily for 1 month.
