Hi Mr. lybrate-user, As you have been administered Doxy the bacterial infection should have healed provided the dosage was right! You can send me pics of the region Probably it might be some sort of fungal infection or dryness owing to soap usage etc. As you have been exposing yourself to CSWs fungal infection too should be ruled out.
