You should not take these 2 antibiotics together and not need to take 2 oral antibiotics together in acne treatment. You can take one antibiotic in cream form and other can take oral tablets and for oily skin you should apply tretinoin/adapalene cream/gel. But you should take all these under doctors guidance because doctor will decide what type acne you have, what severity, what drug and what duration are best for you.

Treatment depends on the grade. Acne or pimples. Due to hormonal changes. Oily skin causes it. Common in adolescent age. May occur in adults also. Food like oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne. Hi Mr. lybrate-user, As you have been administered Doxy the bacterial infection should have healed provided the dosage was right! You can send me pics of the region Probably it might be some sort of fungal infection or dryness owing to soap usage etc. As you have been exposing yourself to CSWs fungal infection too should be ruled out.
