Avoid any triggering factor, take folic acid regularly, eat a healthy diet, always be stress free, exercise regularly and if there is a known history of allergy in food than it needs to be avoided but as of now in eating dairy products if a person is suffering from auto immune disease.

Hello,
Nausea and vomiting are very common in pregnancy, however, they usually subside by 16 weeks of pregnancy.
Steps you can take are: 1) avoid triggers (smell, food) which precipitate nausea 2) avoid oily and spicy food 3) take carbohydrates rich bland diet
4) take small meals at frequent intervals 5) after getting up in morning eat toast or cracker biscuit with small amount of water
6) keeping ginger or ginger supplements in mouth also helps 7) combination of pyridoxine and d...more
