Folic acid will not increase the chance of pregnancy. But it should be taken from before pregnancy to at least 3 months of pregnancy. Folic acid will promote proper brain development of the baby. If folic acid is low, baby may be abnormal.

Avoid any triggering factor, take folic acid regularly, eat a healthy diet, always be stress free, exercise regularly and if there is a known history of allergy in food than it needs to be avoided but as of now in eating dairy products if a person is suffering from auto immune disease.

Hello Doctor, My Mother is suffering with heavy cough and we have consulted doctor and he told that my mother" Right Lung" has damaged, hence she is Coughing. He suggested below medicines. Hello,
Nausea and vomiting are very common in pregnancy, however, they usually subside by 16 weeks of pregnancy.
Steps you can take are: 1) avoid triggers (smell, food) which precipitate nausea 2) avoid oily and spicy food 3) take carbohydrates rich bland diet
