Mr. Saket, Her ideal weight should be 57 kgs. So it is fine if she has lost some weight. With present weight also her BMI is 27.01 kgs/M2 (normal <23 kgs). Constipation sometimes does occur with oral iron therapy. She should consume more of green leafy vegetables and salds, plus drink enough liquids. There is no other risk with mild anemia or constipation. Thanks.

Pregnancy me apka weight 8 se 10 kg badhna normal hai. Doctor ne jo b medicine di hai apki health condition k anusar di hogi. Bache pe uska koi bura prabhav nahi hoga. Apka depression me rehna bacche ki growth aur mental ability per effect kar sakta hai. Depressed na rahe. Happy rahe. Meditate kare.

Firstly, it has been recommended to check for vitamin b12 defficiency and other diseases if she has already. For this vitamin b12 level should be tested in blood. If these two points are okay, then she will be diagnosed as having myelodysplastic syndrome. Mds are conditions that occur when the blood forming cells in the bone marrow are abnormal. Surgery is the gold standard for gall stone disease. Kindly get it done before it gets complicated. Stomach pull seems to be due to gall stones. Generalised weakness may be due to low food intake or feeling of unwell ness due to known disease (gall stone in your case) in the body.

If your heamoglobin is on a lower side than only we call it anaemia otherwise it is just a case of lower VitB12 and folate levels
