You should check for ticks infestation. Redness indicate mixed microbial infection. Wokazole is good enough for minor infection, but larger area of redness, require systemic antibiotic treatment.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss.
* in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it

If there is no injury then I can ask to initiate with sitz bath, soft cushioned surfaces for sitting, there is a coccydynia seat which is available, you can use it till pain subsides, start with a gentle anti inflammatory medication for 5- 7 days and let me know how you are feeling after 1 weeks to 10 days time. Stiffness & pain in back & other joints is quite a common condition.
Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder.
Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful
use no pillow under the head.
Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also.
Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with.
Do back (spine) exercises

Dear lybrate-user, It is always better to make plates of your hair to avoid entangling of hair. Which is one of the cause of hair fall. At night you can make loos plates or just tie them. But do not use rubber band. With best regards
