I am suffering from urine incontinence a few drops of urine come out after urination I don't know what is this I am suffering this problem before 8-10 months I am trying to some medications ofloxacin & ornidazole and nitrofurantoin for 10 days but problem not cure.

Hello.
Antibiotics and local hygiene will give you temporary benefit if you have a fistula, as it's a chronic relapsing condition. Get yourself examined by a proctologist or a surgeon.
He may advise an mri fistulogram. And if you have a diagnosed anal fistula, then surgery is the best treatment option available.

take more curd butter milk and pomegranate in diet
