If there is improvement with dothiapin, its dose can be increased further. After adequate dose, it may take around 4 to 6 weeks for its full effect. You will have to consult a psychiatrist for this. It there is no improvement, other anti anxiety medicines can be tried.

Firstly learn that depression is normal. Anyone can have that.
If your depression is of high level, try to visit a psycologist. Yes I have done that too, but just for few months, as I figured out her fees was 500 bucks everytime I visited her. But ignore the fees, as it might be helpful to you.
