Best way would be to get evaluated independently by another practitioner with certain psychological assessment tools, anxiety is frequently comorbid to ocd, but ocd in itself is a severe mental disorder which requires long term treatment with sufficient dosage. Your prescription doesn't suggest dosage of ocd, so in short you need proper reassessment before starting any medicine.

Dear Sachdeva,
Dampening of sexual desire is one of the side effect of Prothiaden. But, is that affecting your life more than depression? Long term side effects are there. But that can be assessed periodically, if you want to live without depression.
Depression is common in senior citizens.

Since you are already on medication I suggest you talk to your treating Psychiatrist and convey your current symptoms to them. It is possible that some changes in medication dosages will help improve the symptoms. As they are familiar with your history it is always better to have a discussion with them regarding this situation.

Dear Poulomee,
It looks your anxiety, OCD and premenstrual aggravation, times of completely perfect are symptoms of Recurrent Major Depressive Disorder. In that case, you may need a mood stabiliser in addition to Fludac. If you maintain a mood chart and note your early morning mood daily in that, it will be useful to diagnose in the long run.
Right now, please do not stop Fludac, Prothiaden and Zapiz. Add talk therapy to it. Talk therapy goes for weeks preferably with the same therapist....more
