Best way would be to get evaluated independently by another practitioner with certain psychological assessment tools, anxiety is frequently comorbid to ocd, but ocd in itself is a severe mental disorder which requires long term treatment with sufficient dosage. Your prescription doesn't suggest dosage of ocd, so in short you need proper reassessment before starting any medicine.

Your condition can be very well understood. You are having depression and panic disorder for which you are taking medicine. Some medicines can cause ibs and are advised to be changed. Since you are already on medication I suggest you talk to your treating Psychiatrist and convey your current symptoms to them. It is possible that some changes in medication dosages will help improve the symptoms. As they are familiar with your history it is always better to have a discussion with them regarding this situation.

It looks your anxiety, OCD and premenstrual aggravation, times of completely perfect are symptoms of Recurrent Major Depressive Disorder. In that case, you may need a mood stabiliser in addition to Fludac. If you maintain a mood chart and note your early morning mood daily in that, it will be useful to diagnose in the long run.
Right now, please do not stop Fludac, Prothiaden and Zapiz. Add talk therapy to it. Talk therapy goes for weeks preferably with the same therapist....more

your husband has been suffering from anxiety disorder he is on 2 antidepressants and an antipsychotic (the low dose has been used for anti anxiety
if he has relapsed he could
1.take a local psychiatrist s advise
2.who will probably think about adjustment of dose or changing medication 3.see a psychologist for therapy and counseling
4.he should use less of zapiz as it is not very good for his asthma.
