If this is a recent phenomenon, you could just do all of the recommendations suggested below. If the fear is more from childhood, you will need to work with a counselor also and follow the suggestions below. The counselor will help you see what are the things frightening you, and why now. Sometimes a recent event may have triggered what was lurking under the surface for a long time. That too must be identified and dealt with. In that case you may be taking normal fear and converting it into abno...more

Prothiaden is a powerful antidepressant, but not that effective for anxiety. Etizola also has weak anxiety reducing properties. For panic and anxiety there are other wonderful medications. Consult any psychiatrist for the same.

You need to talk to your doctor and she will accordingly consider an increase in the dosage or change odd medicines. Relying only on medication is not a good idea. You should go for counselling inn tandem with the medicine. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularl...more

Make it a habit to take care of yourself.
Stretch every morning and evening. Even basic stretches can help relieve anxiety and keep you in tune with your body.

For symptoms that relapse u mark, write down in ur diary as warning sign and inform other caregiver to give support at the time of crisis. U also try to change ur daily routine activities so that u feel more relax and cheerful

I feel that if you went for counseling too a lot can be done and resolved. So apart from the medication you need the help of a counselor who will equip you with coping skills and techniques to handle the daily pressures in life. Relying only on the chemical intervention is grossly insufficient. By just popping in pills how do you hope to develop skills and tools to manage life?! You can follow these simple rules too: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate oft...more
