Your skin does appear sensitive. It usually takes 2-3 months for the pigmentation to disappear. Continue using desonide lotion and also use a sunscreen with SPF of above 25 regularly. Go for dermabrasion only after the pigmentation has subsided. Take care as sensitive skin can lead to unwanted reactions after procedures.

In the meantime, you can start with clindamycin 1% gel at bed time over areas of acne. Wash your face regularly. Do not squeeze your pimples. Avoid use of oily creams on your face. Hope you come out healthy, fit and fine....more

Desonide is a topical steroid which is not to be applied for long esp over the face. So please consult a nearby dermatologist before using it further. If it’s milia then it will have to be removed at a clinic by a dermatologist. Avoid scrubbing of face.
