No sir. It's steroid, stop it. Specific medicine required. Fungal infection or ring worm. When occurs in groin, called as jock itch. Hi, pls stop all under eye cream for a week. Use moisturizer like venusia or dermadew aloe 2 times a day. You can restart sebamed eye cream once the skin around the eyes is not dry or irritated. Use sunscreen/sunglasses to protect the skin around the eyes from sun related skin damage.
