Melasma needs long prolonged care. Wear your sunscreen regularly for now. Use desonide and hq 2% for short contact time max 1-2 hour only under guidance.

Desonide is a steroid, which is not advised for acne. Acne is a common problem of this age group. The treatment of acne can be better suggested following clinical assessment and grading of the disease. It is advisable to seek physical or video consultation with a dermatologist. In the meantime, you can start with clindamycin 1% gel at bed time over areas of acne. Wash your face regularly. Do not squeeze your pimples. Avoid use of oily creams on your face. Desonide is a topical steroid which is not to be applied for long esp over the face. So please consult a nearby dermatologist before using it further. If it’s milia then it will have to be removed at a clinic by a dermatologist. Avoid scrubbing of face.

You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from readymade gels available in market. Remove skin of an aloe Vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your face skin. Wash with plain water after an hour.
Stop using soap on face. Instead take a spoon of milk, add a pinch of turmeric (haldi). Mix n apply on face with the help of cotton. Leave for a few minutes then wash off. Apply moisturizer like coconut oil.
