Dear Lybrate user,
it must be hard going through these tough times. I would suggest that instead of medications you go for psychological counseling/therapy. Therapy will help you vent and deal with your concerns with certain strategies, skills and techniques. Therapy can empower you with life skills, help you cope and make you self- reliant. It'll also help you in the long term, and the skills you learn in therapy will help you deal with future stressful situations. It's important to face th...more

Sperm is the most vital liquid of body, the more you loose it, the more you loose your vitality or" ojas" as per ayurveda. Excessive masturbation leads to whole body weakness, lethargy, weak memory power, dark circles, reduce facial lusture, low sperm quality, low sexual stamina etc.
I strongly recommend you for ayurveda rasayan treatment for complete rejuvenation.

No itâs not because of masturbation. Itâs myth. There are many myths about masturbation. Even though many of these have been debunked several times, they seem to resurface time and time again.
Most claims about masturbation are not backed up by science. There is often no scientific evidence to show that masturbation causes any of the adverse effects suggested. Masturbation will not cause:
blindness
hairy palms
impotence later in life
erectile dysfunction

There is no known medication which can lead to life time recovery in Parkinson disease. Syndopa is not a pain killer, it only replaces dopa in body which is deficient in patients of Parkinson disease. Long term usage of syndopa can lead to certain expected side effects and in that case you need to consult your neurologist so that dose of medication can be modified. Yes, cycling, walking and yoga will be helpful for your disease and it is advisable that you should continue with same.

Hi. lybrate-user
there are several studies now on nutrional suppliments on brain and how neuro transmitters are being produced or balanced.
Particularly omega3, folic acid, minerals like zinc, magnesium etc
but a correct diagnosis is primary.
Acute management of your problem may need medication also.
Also avail psychologists evaluation and counselling.
Take care.
