Hello sir. Both the combination are effective, except that tenofavir alafinamide salt has purportedly more more bone and renal safety profiles. However you are strongly advised not to self medicate please and consult a doctor of your choice to get proper guidance. Thanks.

Hello-
oral sex is not safe sex. It may be 'safer sex' than genital sex without a condom, in that you won't get pregnant from oral sex alone, but oral sex without a condom still carries the significant risk of catching or passing on sexually transmitted infections (stis).

Hello sir. Pep given to you is good. Once you finish your pep please take 4 th gen combo test. No other test is needed for hiv at this time. Another test you can do at 45 days of exposure. However you need to test for other stis.
Please don't do any tests on your own or take treatment on your own. Consult any Dr. you wish for right advice. Thanks.

Usually gastric problems, headache and fatigue can also be the side effect of tab spegra. But if you are not taking the tablet currently then you should get tested for hiv.

There are 20 stds one can get exposed to during unprotected sex with unknown person. To better understand the importance of and risk and consequences of stds please take private consult with audio video chat and then I can guide you properly and tell you what is to be done.
As you have taken pep in time, you are protected ftom hiv but not from other stds.

I understand your query. I advice you to go for private consultation as it will help me to give you better advice and suggestion, if you have any issue in booking the online consultation do let me know. Spegra medicine is not a cure for hiv; it only prevents the virus from multiplying in your body
