add urispas two times a day after food.
add nimbupani ors coconut water mosambi juice.
CITRALKA LIQUIDS 10 ml three times a day after food with half glass of water for five days. continue your first Prescription.
locally apply hot water bag in back.
you can apply any rubificent like moove/ dicloran diclofenac gel/
volini.

Headache and fever persistent for 3 days should be evaluated first. Get your basic blood reports done like Haemogram done and consult with your local doctor.
Don't take diclofenac in such conditions as if this condition is a viral fever associated with decrease in platelet count you can have bleeding diathesis. You can take paracetamol which will relieve your fever and headache both and is safe too.
Do not continue self medication if problem is persistent, get professional advice.
