Hi Chioma, apparently you have not consulted a Gynecologist and have been taking medications randomly. Who has advised Quinine and estrogen? Please see a local Gynecologist, do an ultrasound SCAN and follow her advice. Illogical self medication is harmful.

Get your thyroid profile, cbc, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab.

you can take both the medications. Apart from surgery, the are intra articular injections followed by physiotherapy which may help. you can try before undergoing surgery.
