Headache for 2 years needs evaluation. Consult a pain specialist for treatment and diagnosis.
Headache at young age can be due to 1. Tension headache : Pain is band like constriction at forehead. Simple analgesics like paracetamol will help.

If you have leg pain pls check your body weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. Since I am a physiotherapist I cannot suggest you medicines.

Hello,

you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache

kindly follow advises given below:

you can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day)

2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day

3. Get check eyes for refractive error

Go for (1) fluticasone nasal spray 2puff both nostril twice a day for a month and then once a day for next 2 month
(2) levocetrizine+ambroxol tablet combination for 2wks at bed time
(3) menthol steam inhalation (if can 1-2 times a day)
(4) tab paracetamol 500 mg (as and wen required for pain)
if symptom persist consult ent specialist for evaluation.

Women have more stress than males.Your message tells that your mrs is having much stress. Did you consult a Neuro dr, any tests done.

Dear, usually in viral fevers the temperature rises in the evening. If the fever is 100 or less no treatment required. If persists for more than 48hrs / fever rises more than 101 or above you have to consult qualified experienced doctor. In general people go to medical shop / quack and follow their advice.
