I have a pain near left ear between joint of left temporal bone and end of mandible bone. When I eat something and press my jaw teeth or open full mouth I get pain. I have a diabetes from 2 years and for some time I was sitting in bad posture on bed for hours in late nights. I was also eating zero sugar icecreams sometimes. I was taking b-complex sometimes. I am getting this pain more than 10 days. I am 33 year old male, height 5.8 inch and 58 kg weight. I am on prescription of zoril 1 mg tab for diabetes control. Please suggest me.

Your symptoms suggest temporomandibular joint dysfunction. It will be managed by a dentist. You will have to visit personally. Till then take tablet pirox dt with meals whenever pain is more.

Sir, I am suffering from high bp since 35. Yrs at present my age is 63, pure vegetarian even didn't take egg, no drinking, no smoking. No bad habits. .in 2014 year I had severe giddiness with like vertigo head is revolving like clock & hospitalized treated with stugeron forte, diligon, vertin, stablanz-pv, tablets, after 10 days discharged with a prescription of same medicine, after two months the tablets for giddiness were stopped. As per the neuro physician advice, telma80 mg, morning and in the night cinod. 20 mg, at present my bp is 145/86, I am continuing with this two tablets since five years, besides this I am suffering from gouty arthritis and dvt, since 5 years, for which medicines such as acitrom 2 mg & 1 mg. For alternate days according to pt & inr. Reports. For gouty, febuxoget 40 mg. And dolonex. Dt. Regularly. Since 5 years. I am suffering very weak and nervousness,(fatigue) and severe muscle cramps, for which doctor prescribed re nerve plus inj. For monthly and ucalamin tablets daily one, no heart problem and diabetes, and no other complications. But I am having very nervousness, muscle cramps, breathlessness, even after using renerve plus inj and ucalamin tablets, only two or three days feeling better after taking injection, after that same fatigue, breathing problem and nervousness occurring with backache, and when bending towards down, feeling breathless fatigue, even though lungs and heart is normal in cardiologist examination, Recently I had suffered edema, swelling, could say, whole body retention of water, gaining suddenly weight gaining. When consulted a local physician he advised .chlorothiazide12. 5 & dytor plus. 10 mg. Along with telma. 80 mg.& cinod 20. Mg. Tablets, and advised to continue the tablets for dvt. Gouty, as usual. I am using the same tablets since two months and continuing, swelling, water retention is under control. But in this time I am suffering from, hemorrhoids, bleeding with high pain in anus, facing very difficulty in defecation. Some bump or a little shape has come out at the out side of anus. It is giving unbearable pain. Used stypto vit ,texakind .no use. At present managing pain with deflaza cort, and ultracet, dolonex dt. Kindly analyze my problem with a sympathetic way sir & instruct me correct diagnosis and treatment, also guide me in a proper way sir, whether I have to continue the same bp tablets with dytor plus, chloro thiazide,&,gouty tablets, pain killers, dvt. Tablets or any other remedial medicines? Kindly suggest correct medicines to all my problems sir. At present my bp is at normal level, Heavy pain in anus with no bleeding. Breathlessness, fatigue, nervousness is continuing. Even after continuous using the same medicines.

Currently, most likely you are having a fissure in ano and most of your other treatment is going well, except for hemorrhoids. I would suggest you to visit a nearby general surgeon for further needful treatment instead of self medication with potentially dangerous medicines like deflazacort and ultracet (i presume you haven't consulted a general surgeon yet).

Take tablet zyloric 100 daily with pirox dttwice daily. Stop pirox after 1 week and continue zyloric till uric acid levels come to less than 5. Zyloric can be increased to 300 mg per day. No non vegetarian food. Limit dairy products. Take a low protein diet. Go for walk when pain subsides.

Take tablet pirox dt twice daily for pain
start tablet zyloric 100 daily, to reduce uric acid levels, it can be increased to 300 mg daily in divided doses
one week after starting zyloric decrease pirox dt and then stop
continue zyloric full uric acid levels come to normal
take diet low in proteins and stop non vegetarian proteins totally.

Get an ecg done
take tablet pantop40 daily empty stomach in morning for 10 days
take tablet pirox dt twice daily with meals for 5 days
take care of your anxiety of though have any
sleep well
come back after 10 days of you do not improve.

Get your serum uric acid levels done
an x ray of foot to rule out any bony problem
if these are normal, it could be plantar fascia is which can take few months to heal
take tablet pirox dt twice daily for pain
see an orthopaedics surgeon.

I got my molar 2 teeth extracted as they were broken. I have been given ovarian 100 mg tablets 3 times per day. The effect is only for 6 hours & severe pain starts again. Until I see my dentist tomorrow can I take 6 hourly once. Thanks.

if your teeth socket starting pain after 6 hours from taking medicine, of course you can take your medicine 6 hourly.

Basically the pain lasts averagly for 3 to 4 months. you can consider physiotherapy. Also don't take ultracet too much. You can consider tablet dolonex dt. It's safe.
