Hmmm, when your dependency created it is very difficult to quit but not impossible. I think you will take help from any deaddiction center. You need to ready to urself to get admit in any deaddiction center for some time period. Where you can easily deal with your withdrawal symptoms & urge.
Also can understand the disease of addiction.
The other option is to take treatment from psychiatrist.

Tramadol comes in opioid group of drugs. It can be addictive. And if you stop abruptly it may cause withdrawal symptoms like tremors, sweating, bodyache, muscle cramps, vomiting, diarrhoea etc. My advice is you try to reduce the no. Of tablets from 5 to 4 per day. Continue for 5 days. Then reduce to 3 per day for another 5 days. Tramadol consists of opioid. Stopping opioid after consuming for long time causes withdrawal symptom and as a result person starts using it again. To stop it most important thing required are persistent motivation and good detoxification measure. There are various detoxification treatment available with high success rate.
