I understand that you are lactating and have got a neck pain.
Although using these medicines is not a strict no but I would advice not to use them.
Go for physical therapy instead like hot water bottle or pain relieving gels locally.

It is not good to take diclofenac recurrently, it might effect adbversely on kidney function. Get ultrasonography done and see what are the size of stone and whether there is any obstructive changes. If its large obstructing stone then you will require intervention for that, if small stones then just conservative management and diet modification.
